1. Avoid the identified triggers
Once you know what sets off a flare-up, avoid these as much as possible.

3. Tweak Bath Time

4. Hydrate and moisturise
An emollient or moisturiser is best used just after bathing while water is still trapped in the skin for extra hydration.
5. Stop them from scratching!
